As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our services for adults with learning disabilities. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the daily operations of our services for adults with learning disabilities\nManage a team of staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to provide high-quality care\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC\nDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services\nMonitor budgets and financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations\nHandle any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner\nMaintain accurate records and reports for internal and external use\nContinuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service deliveryRequirements:\n\nCQC Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role\nExperience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities\nStrong leadership and management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC\nProven track record in managing budgets and resources effectively\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload\nProficient in IT and record-keeping systems\nFlexible and adaptable to changing needs and situations\n\nDoes this sound like the right opportunity for you?
