Are you passionate about PC hardware, gaming builds, and technology? Technodora Pvt Ltd is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Operations Manager to lead our business into its next phase of growth. You will take full ownership of daily operations, lead a small team, and most importantly, drive engagement and visibility through strategic social media management.

• Take full control of the company’s social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage potential customers, and drive traffic to online and retail channels
• Oversee daily business operations across PC & gaming builds, accessories, laptops, repairs, and online sales
• Manage staff, suppliers, and outsourced services to ensure smooth daily execution
• Track sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior management

• Strong passion for PC/gaming builds and the broader IT industry
• Proven ability to manage and grow business through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or retail management
• Leadership, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with tech accessories, PC hardware, and consumer electronics is an advantage
