Zoho seeks a proactive and versatile Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations as we expand in the area. Current projects include managing two separate offices, renovating a future office, and constructing a new office. Skills Organization: ability to organize office operations, including manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth daily operations with a strong attention to detail. Project Management: experience managing and assisting with projects, specifically in building renovation and/or new construction (e.g., navigating timelines, coordinating vendors, overseeing project milestones); ability to meet deadlines and keep multiple projects on track. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills; personable and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders - colleagues, customers, vendors, contractors, etc. - across multiple channels: in-person, email, text, calls, etc. Leadership and Team Management: ability to supervise and/or collaborate with colleagues, including delegating tasks and offering guidance as needed; ability to work independently when needed. Problem-Solving: ability to proactively identify and analyze myriad challenges, generate solutions, and implement them quickly. Time Management: ability to constantly tier competing priorities and juggle a wide range of tasks efficiently; ability to set and meet goals on time.
