• Warehouse Management & Logistics: Overseeing inventory, managing materials, and ensuring smooth operations
• Precise Accounting: Support financial oversight and maintain accurate records
• Construction/Remodeling Knowledge: Experience in the field is helpful, but we’ll teach you what you need to know!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and sales
• Manage lead sources and optimize their conversion
• Oversee lead generation to ensure excellent customer communication
• Review and manage contracts and customer projects
• Handle materials orders, and ensure timely deliveries
• Assist the warehouse manager with material deliveries and light physical tasks
• Maintain our CRM system to track leads, projects, and customer communications
• Schedule projects efficiently to meet client deadlines
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Lead the hiring and training process for new team members
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Supervise the bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy and proper accounting
• Generate reports to evaluate profitability, performance, and team accountability
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• 2-5 years of experience in Operations Management
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs of materials as needed
• Prior experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is preferred
