Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:
• 7-10 years in operations management, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Experience optimizing cross-functional processes and scaling operations.
• Skills:
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiar with business software (ERP, CRM, HRMS, MIS, Finance, PM) and process improvement tools.
