We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple accounts. This role is key to ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and strong field team performance. You will supervise site managers, leads, and cleaning teams across day and night shifts—ensuring every site runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee staff and subcontractors across day/night shifts
  • Respond to client concerns promptly (2 hr response, 12 hr resolution)
  • Conduct inspections, manage supplies, enforce GPS clock-in/out
  • Hire, train, and support high-performance teams
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Report weekly to the Director of Operations
  • Travel to sites (approx. 35%)


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in operations, janitorial, or facilities services
  • Strong people leadership and client service mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Clean driving record, reliable transportation
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, tracking tools)
