Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager or Assistant to join their team in Plano, TX.
This full-time, on-site role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. The individual will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating internal workflows, and supporting the investment team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage administrative duties including scheduling, document management, and internal communication
Coordinate with different departments to support firm-wide initiatives
Assist investment professionals with operational support and workflow management
Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Help streamline processes to improve overall organizational performance
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Active Series 65 license (mandatory)
Proven experience in operations management or administrative support, preferably in financial services or investment management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
