Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager or Assistant to join their team in Plano, TX.

This full-time, on-site role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. The individual will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating internal workflows, and supporting the investment team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage administrative duties including scheduling, document management, and internal communication
  • Coordinate with different departments to support firm-wide initiatives
  • Assist investment professionals with operational support and workflow management
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Help streamline processes to improve overall organizational performance
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 license (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in operations management or administrative support, preferably in financial services or investment management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
