Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our jewelry business, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes. This role is critical in managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards in our jewelry production and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the jewelry business
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control
- Create and manage work schedules for staff to ensure optimal productivity
- Coordinate engraving and stone setting processes to meet client demands
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards in jewelry production
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that operations align with customer needs and expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within the jewelry industry
- Strong understanding of jewelry making processes including engraving and stone setting
- Experience in inventory management and control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
