Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations' Manager located in Philadelphia, PA. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including managing staff, coordinating sales activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, liaising with vendors, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills, including experience in supervising staff and coordinating team activities
• Experience in sales and inventory management
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
