Must have managed a team of minimum 80 to 100 associates
Must have an excellent knowledge of different products and entire life cycle of a policy
Help with coaching new starters and provide regular feedback to supervisor/Manager. In addition, share any important information with the team (event specific, system related, client related) to develop the team and increase its efficiency
Self-motivated, team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent
Manage SLAs, team queries and ensure smooth operations
Liaising & coordinating with various Internal & External teams on different type of queries
Must take accountability of all outstanding items and need to coordinate/escalate to resolve the open issues
Must maintain a cordial and professional behavior with internal/external clients. Adherence to SOP's, update any changes, timely review and Signoff
Qualifications and Experience
Any Graduate with 9 to 14 Years of work experience in NON-Voice Operations for Insurance Domain
Candidate Should have Domain experience of UK Life and Pension
Candidate Should have worked with UK Customer
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
