Summary

Role: Operations Manager – International Voice Process - Noida Sec 135

Experience Requirements:

  • Currently working as an Operations Manager (minimum 2 years on paper)
  • Must have prior experience in International Voice Process with exposure to Outbound Sales and Collections

Skillset & Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in Client Management, Hardcore Sales, and Business Reviews
  • Expertise in Call Center/BPO Operations Management

Shift Timing:

  • Graveyard Shift – 11:30 PM to 9:00 AM IST
