Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Newcastle, NSW. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and handling client communications. The role also involves troubleshooting operational issues, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Maintenance and Waste Water Management
• Skills in team management, project coordination, and client communication
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the industry
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues
• Strong organizational and workflow improvement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience or educational background in Operations Management or related field
