Summary

Job Description: Walkup Studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to help lead our operational efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, improving performance, developing organizational processes, and ensuring staff alignment with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with important connectivity to C-level and Client Operations Group
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Write and submit reports to the founders in all matters of importance.
  • Manage relationships with partners/clients.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate consistently and concisely
  • Become familiar with client contracts and financial models, and advise Account Management, Finance, and Operations on profitability implications to resource-focused decisions
  • Recommend, create, define, and implement process improvements for tools
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities


Qualifications:

  • Must have agency experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar leadership roles.
  • Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Explore and implement new technology solutions that streamline design, production, and delivery processes.
  • Oversee workflow and project management platforms to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Build and leverage a network of contacts and partners as business needs evolve.
