Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team in New York. This role plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring the smooth running of all processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the organization and scheduling of meetings to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Oversee general office management tasks, maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
• Act as a project manager, handling workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including maintaining relationships with existing vendors and integrating new vendors when necessary.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact data and drafting and editing correspondence.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, CRM, and Dayforce for efficient task completion.
• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration duties.

Required Skills: - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Zoom. - Comfortable working on a PC.
