The Operations Manager will provide support and oversight for the operational departments within the hotel. Areas of focus can include the front office/desk and guest services. The Operations Manager would be responsible for guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, as well as scheduling. Other responsibilities can include payroll, and running of the shift in the department head’s absence. This role will report to the Front Office Manager.

Located in New York City's NoMad District, the Hotel Seville NoMad is a gracefully opulent landmark. Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is $64,350 - $75,000 annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
