Enchanting Engagements is a pioneer in creating fairytale events, with its headquarters located in New York City and offices in New York, and Houston. Our goal is to expand internationally by the year 2030. Currently, we execute up to 70 events each month, with a projected year-over-year growth of 25%. Schedule

Sunday and Tuesday (Off days)

Monday and Wednesday (Working from home)

Thursday-Saturday (Office/on Site)

 

Key Responsibilities:


Event planning and coordination

  • Coordinate all aspects of events (proposals and elopements) and ensure the success of these events


Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of lead event coordinators and support staff to execute events seamlessly on-site and offsite.  
  • Provide all necessary training for the lead coordinators to ensure a seamless flow of events.

 

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring that events are executed to the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site event supervision and Implementation.
  • Plan and manage inventories and supplies.

 

Business development

·   Develop new relationships with venues and vendors

·   Seek innovative avenues to boost the company’s revenue and drive financial growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event/venue Planning, restaurants or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 plus years of experience in event/venue management, wedding, or upscale social events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work on-site up to 3 days/week.
  • Comfortable lifting objects up to 30lb.
  • Ability to drive
