As our Operations Manager, you will lead the operational aspects of Pauz. This will involve working closely with the Founder of Pauz to ensure the smooth execution of relaxation spaces within client organizations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory procurement, oversee inventory systems, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with vendors to deliver seamless Pauz setups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of setting up relaxation spaces in client office locations.
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage procurement of inventory for all specialized Pauz setups.
• Maintain an accurate inventory system, including tracking and replenishment.
• Ensure all inventory meets quality standards and is ready for deployment.
• Coordinate the delivery of inventory to client locations, ensuring on-time and efficient operations.
• Align with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline the supply chain process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless integration of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to optimize cost and service quality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
