🔧 Your Core Responsibilities
- End-to-end operational leadership for a high-volume site (200+ FTE), including people management, performance, and compliance.
- Drive Lean and CI initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead projects across process improvement, new system rollouts, and customer onboarding.
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader—motivating teams and ensuring high levels of engagement and accountability.
- Serve as the key point of contact for strategic customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership growth.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership on strategic initiatives, best-practice sharing, and innovation rollouts.
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operational leadership within logistics, warehousing, or contract logistics.
- Strong people leadership skills—capable of managing large teams and driving a high-performance culture.
- Hands-on mindset with experience in CI, Lean, and process transformation.
- Customer-focused and commercially astute; able to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership at a regional or global level.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
- Agile, adaptable, and energized by challenge and growth.
