About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Admin / Ops Manager with 3+ years of BFSI experience to enhance our sales operations. You’ll lead proposal management, optimize CRM and pipeline processes, deliver insightful analytics, and implement AI-driven automation to boost sales productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end proposal and bid processes.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems for accurate sales tracking.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and forecast performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Improve sales processes and implement automation tools.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and support sales strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools like chatbots and predictive analytics for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops/Admin in BFSI.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of AI/automation in sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • CRM or Sales Ops certifications.
  • Experience with AI/ML sales tools.
  • Understanding of BFSI compliance and regulations.
