New Tech Learn and Work with our newest Technology Platforms Travel Opportunities Customer sites from coast to coast The Operations Manager serves as a key leader within a regional territory, this position holds primary responsibility for the financial, operational, and logistical management of the defined territory. Essential Job Function Duties and responsibilities include: * Oversees financial management and planning for territory's project costs including utilization rate * Ensures training programs and project documentations are accurate and complete * Reviews paperwork sent to customers * Monitors receiving and shipping activities at project locations * Facilitates tours and customer visits * Reports customer complaints * Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels * Assists in developing company procedures and advocate compliance * Serves as liaison between the customer and project team * Manages location teams and administrative staff Qualifications * Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experience * Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to travel on short notice * Minimum 5 years experience in management and supervision of salaried and hourly personnel * Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Professional
