Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's team in Menlo Park, California. In this role, you will oversee key operational functions, ensure efficiency and compliance while drive organizational success. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources and operational management, particularly within fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across various business functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee human resources processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline budget processes and ensure financial oversight.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement, enhancing productivity and organizational performance.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support customer service excellence.
• Develop strategies to address operational challenges and support company growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management or a related role.
• Proficiency in ERP solutions, CRM systems, and other operational tools.
• Solid understanding of human resources administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in budget processes and financial oversight.
• Ability to drive system implementations and optimize workflows.
• Proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
