Join Our Team as an Operations Manager!

This leadership team role involves leading a diverse team of office staff and in-field project managers. The project managers supervise both subcontractors and full-time employees. The Operations Manager would manage 5-7 direct reports, who oversee 60-70 total painters. The Operations Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Job Duties Include

  • Spend 60% of your time in the office and 40% of your time in the field in order to lead, manage, and hold the operations team accountable inline with EOS framework.
  • Work with project managers to resolve issues during project execution.
  • Ensure Heiler Painting Protocol is up to date and followed by all
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor job progress, safety compliance, and quality.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience through effective communication, issue resolution, and attention to client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to achieve gross margin goals, analyzing financial reports to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate Accounts receivable collection/issues
  • Software compliance
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve company 1yr, 3yr, and 10yr targets.
  • Maintain fleet of vehicles

What We Offer

  • $90-100k base salary based on experience plus bonuses
  • Earning potential: $120,000-$150,000 annually

  • 5+ years experience in the construction/painting industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Able to occasionally work or handle issues that arise after hours or on weekends

Salary Description

$90-100k/year + bonuses. $120-150k/year total comp
