We're hiring a highly motivated and connected wholesale manager to lead national wholesale and B2B growth across the U.S. in the luxury food and gourmet space. This role can be remote, though preference will be given to candidates based in Los Angeles or with access to major markets.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record scaling early-stage brands to mid to large-size, with hands-on experience managing regional and national wholesale accounts. You

should be comfortable building and leading remote sales teams, owning the full sales cycle, and driving measurable growth.

Experience in premium or specialty food is preferred. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact position within a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a national wholesale pipeline across gourmet retailers, luxury hospitality groups, and regional distributors
• Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on both new customer acquisition and account retention
• Lead and support a remote sales team; establish clear KPIs and accountability systems
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and brand alignment
• Represent the brand at trade shows, in-person meetings, and virtual industry events
• Regularly analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reporting to leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience in premium food, CPG, or luxury product industries
• Demonstrated ability to grow a brand from early-stage to established multi-channel presence
• Experience managing national and regional accounts, including direct buyer relationships with in luxury and gourmet food sector.
• Previous experience hiring, training, and managing remote sales teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to present clearly and confidently to partners and leadership
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
