• Lead and manage all tagging, tracking, delivery and r e porting of campaigns
• Follow-up with production and media in regard to posting and rotation status, both before and after campaign is live .
• Manage day-to-day billing projects , Monthly billing management and Monthly budget actualization.
• Inputting media plans into billing systems .
• Create and manage Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders .
• Review billing rates and fees in the billing system to ensure agreement with contractual terms and conditions .
• Oversee the c ollection of vendor invoices , process for billing including the finalizing of billing with digital vendors .
• Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance client and product knowle dge.
Requirements
Experience of 8 to 10 yrs as Media Operations Manager into Advertising Agency.
Proficient in using the MS office, Media Platforms / tools etc.
Should be able to deliver work effectively under strict deadlines.
Knowing Media ware or relevant media softwares, Having hands on experience in advertising across all verticals like Print/ TV/ Digital/Radio /outdoor.
Strong in Buying, operations and execution. Previous experience in working with PSU/ Govt. Clients will be an advantage
Strong organization, data management, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workload
Understanding of Internet technologies
