Operations Manager - HV Electrical Distribution Construction

Location - Florida, USA

Salary - $150k-$200k USD, plus Bonus

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in both Overhead and Underground Electrical Distribution Construction. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to spearhead the launch of an Electrical Division for a leading and growing general contractor. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong relationships with local utilities and co-ops, as well as the local workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical distribution construction projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local utilities, co-ops, and the local workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Overhead and Underground Electrical Distribution Construction.
• Strong network and relationships with local utilities, co-ops, and the local workforce.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in electrical construction.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
