Good strategy doesn’t guarantee good execution – especially in a growing business where people wear multiple hats and timelines move quickly.

This is a key internal position for someone who can bring structure, oversight, and follow-through across a growing portfolio of complex, high-value projects. You’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure strategic goals are translated into actionable plans, helping to drive delivery and shape the company’s direction.

The business operates as a focused division within a wider industrial group, and is currently scaling up to deliver a mix of R&D and production work across aerospace, defence, and government-backed programmes focused around Additive Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Turn strategic goals into clear, actionable plans
• Coordinate teams across R&D, engineering, and production
• Improve internal processes and reduce delivery friction
• Track progress, timelines, and resource allocation
• Provide operational visibility and support to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A track record of managing or supporting complex projects
• Familiarity with R&D or additive manufacturing (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
