Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, managing the recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure alignment of hiring processes with organizational goals and employer branding.

Operations Management

  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of the voice process, ensuring smooth operations and that the team meets all KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent sourcers.
  • Set performance targets and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs.
  • Provide training and guidance on best recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to forecast open requisition volumes and adjust staffing levels accordingly. Maintain sourcers schedules to optimize resource allocation.

Strategic Process Improvement

  • Optimize Processes: Continuously review and refine existing workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Use performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Propose solutions to enhance productivity, improving starts and improve overall offers

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, client guidelines, and internal quality standards.
  • Manage Quality Assurance Programs: Lead regular quality audits and calibrations to ensure consistent call handling and adherence to scripts.
  • Provide Coaching: Based on quality reviews, provide actionable feedback to agents, supporting their growth and improving performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience with 2 years management experience
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, recruitment automation tools, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve hiring processes.
