Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Metro Manila, with the head office located in Taguig. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of both franchise brands, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, financial oversight, and ensuring exceptional guest service across all branches.

The role requires regular visits to store locations throughout Metro Manila to monitor operations, support store teams, and uphold brand standards. You’ll play a crucial role in driving productivity, optimizing resources, and ensuring profitable and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Hospitality and Restaurant Management
• Proven experience (3+ years) in an operations or managerial role.
• Proven experience in restaurant or food service operations (minimum 3 years in a leadership role)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or ramen operations is a plus
