You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day performance across staffing, scheduling, safety, order accuracy, and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of warehouse operations
• Plan and lead Inbound/Outbound activities and personnel
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through audits and preventive actions
• Drive process optimization to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and 5S standards
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a strong team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager)
• Proven leadership of large teams in a warehouse/logistics environment, ideally in e-commerce or FMCG
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level required)
• Strong operational and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership approach
• Familiarity with WMS; knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma is a plus
• Resilience and professionalism under pressure
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development
