Responsibilities:

• Supervise team in supporting daily operations including post-trade reconciliation, cash and stock transfer, and fund subscription
• Collaborate with external parties including PB, custodian, trustee, and fund administrator
• Address and resolve inquiries from clients, account managers, and internal departments
• Administer and enhance CRM system to support EAM operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Oversee SPC fund setup, review NAV calculations, and coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management/fund accounting
• Familiar with EAM, fund operations, AML/KYC
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
