Summary

Xcel Global Services Australia is a leading education and migration consultancy helping international students unlock global opportunities. We are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven Operations Manager to lead our onshore and offshore operations, drive business growth, and build strategic partnerships with education providers across Australia, U.S and U.K.


The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our education and migration divisions
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Oversee a growing team of admissions, counselling, and migration professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and RTOs
  • Represent Xcel in partnership negotiations and contract signings
  • Ensure compliance with ESOS, PRISMS, and visa regulations
  • Drive conversion, student retention, and process excellence
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and deliver business growth


Qualifications

  • A confident communicator with a charismatic personality and client-first approach
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in international education or migration services
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and institutional tie-ups
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Understanding of GTE, visa subclass pathways (500, 485, 482), and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of operations
  • Experience in signing MoUs, agent contracts, or partnership agreements with education providers is a must
