We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our online retail processes, from inventory management and order fulfillment to customer service and logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to optimize workflows and achieve key operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce business, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and customer service.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, monitoring all stages of the process from order placement to delivery.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery solutions.

Experience:

• Good communication skills in English and Thai is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or logistics, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving operational performance.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and logistics/fulfillment systems.
• Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Data-driven with experience in using analytics tools and performance metrics to optimize operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace, and familiarity with ERP and WMS software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certificates related to e-commerce is a plus.
