We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with hands-on experience in warehouse management of omni channel retail business across fashion categories.
Should have key experience in warehouse shifting, WMS migration, and omnichannel operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with Unicommerce.
You will lead our warehousing and backend operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all fulfilment channels.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse management: Daily operations, including stock take, inventory management, order fulfilment.
Warehouse Relocation: Lead complete end-to-end warehouse shifting projects with minimal business disruption.
WMS Migration: Manage transitions to new warehouse systems, ensuring SOP alignment, data integrity, and user adoption.
Omnichannel Fulfilment: Oversee operations across D2C, marketplaces, and B2B with a unified view of inventory and service SLAs.
Unicommerce Expertise: Leverage Unicommerce for real-time inventory sync, order processing, returns, and reporting. Sould be able to independently configure, troubleshoot, and train team members on the platform.
Adhere to 3PL and marketplace policies to ensure smooth order fulfilment, returns, and SLA compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with customer promises across all channels.
Drive continuous improvement in TATs, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of on-ground and back-office operations staff.
Requirements
7–10 years of relevant operations experience in a consumer/e-commerce/retail environment.
Experience in Unicommerce is mandatory.
Worked on B2B Shipments and well verse with accounting documentations and its requirements.
Strong understanding of omnichannel operations and backend fulfilment.
Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree: certifications in logistics/supply chain are a plus.
