Summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Problem-solve operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) required.
  • Qatar Driving License required
