Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day operation of the crypto business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, support, legal and compliance.
• Responsible for the product design of crypto assets including middle-end and back-end services, user experience and Development of new business models.
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our crypto business.
• Work closely with R&D, and product teams to implement specific product features to improve user experience and drive user growth.
• Design and maintain the operation policy for the crypto business.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the Crypto industry.
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Experience in market making in financial firms.
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
