Summary

Cheil Thailand is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee Field Force performance, optimize retail execution, and drive key business metrics. This role requires strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills to enhance field operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the performance and quality of all assigned Field Force personnel.
  • Drive and facilitate BU performance to achieve retail KPIs and execution goals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly Field Force reports and promotion checklists for BU meetings.
  • Ensure effective deployment and performance management across all BUs.
  • Oversee timely submission of Field Force insights, including store performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular on-ground checks and gather retailer feedback on Field Force personnel.
  • Act as the key point of contact (PIC) for each BU and manage weekly reports.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management and address concerns while maintaining company policies and standards.

Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data analytics.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) for reporting and visualization.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation of data-driven reports.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
