AquaTech Swim is excited to welcome experienced and dynamic leaders to our role of Operations Manager at our Concord swim school. We're looking for passionate individuals with a flair for leadership and a commitment to upholding and advancing AquaTech's mission and goals.

Why AquaTech Swim? We are a year-round swim school focused on continuous growth and professional development—no seasonal positions here! We provide fully paid training, with the initial two weeks completed at our Alameda Campus to ensure you are well-prepared to excel in your role.

Position Overview

• Title: Swim Lesson Operations Manager
• Pay Range: $24-27 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, consistent 5-day workweek, including at least one weekend day
• Weekdays: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Weekends: Options include 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Location: Concord Campus, 1220 Diamond Way, Concord, CA 94520
• Initial Training Location (2-weeks): Alameda Campus
  

Qualifications

• Long-term candidates committed to a stable position; not a seasonal employment opportunity
• High school diploma (age 18+)
• At least 1 year of proven people management experience
• Background in aquatic activities preferred or a willingness to learn
• Positive, flexible attitude with a proactive approach
• Passion for working with children, promoting fitness, and ensuring safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relating to diverse groups
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee daily shifts, manage staff, and ensure seamless facility operations
• Team Leadership: Direct and support staff in line with AquaTech’s standards and policies
• Communication: Ensure fluid communication through management meetings and individual discussions
• Staff Development: Coach and mentor staff to foster a high-performing team environment
• Teaching: Regularly lead swim lessons as needed
