Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Wellness programs Growth opportunities Company perks Lively atmosphere Free botique classes Responsibilities: - Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency in preparation to promote to the OM - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize productivity - Manage a team of front desk, recovery, studio and janitorial teams - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company standards - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to meet operational goals - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications: - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
