This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operational tasks, supporting financial advisors, and ensuring smooth office operations. Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Process paperwork for account openings, money movements, and operational tasks
  • Support financial advisors by managing follow-up work from client meetings
  • Manage and streamline operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate and schedule events, travel, and meetings for advisors
  • Handle administrative duties including document management and reporting
  • Assist with account maintenance using financial systems such as Schwab
  • Prepare for and support office opening logistics
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive office culture

Operations Manager Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations
  • Hands-on experience using Schwab as a custodian
  • Strong technical proficiency; must be highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Alignment with Christian values and a willingness to participate in a faith-centered workplace culture
  • Experience with Tamarac, Orion, and Salesforce is a plus but not required
