Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Position: Full-Time
Hours (KSA Time):

Sat: 12 PM–9 PM

Sun–Wed: 10 AM–7 PM

Thu: 10 AM–5 PM

Role Highlights:

- Manage daily operations of online programs

- Coordinate teams for seamless delivery

- Track key metrics (enrollment, completion, satisfaction)

- Lead planning, scheduling, and resource management

- Drive process innovation and ensure compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years in operations/program management (e-learning a plus)

- Experience leading remote teams

- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

- Fluent in English
