Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Elements Material Technologies located in Breda. As a member of the Operational Leadership team at 2 laboratories in Breda & Antwepen the Operations Leader performs a variety of leadership responsibilities to ensure timely and accurately all test results are delivered. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, monitoring processes, and ensuring efficiency in the organization's operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the SQDC
  • Facilitate daily operarional meetings to review performance, address bottleneck and create solutions
  • Cultivate, enhance and maintain a culture of safety accross the locations
  • Lead initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving processes and meeting customers expectations
  • Capture and analyze productivity data, establish valid KPI’s to highlight both challenges and successes
  • Priovide regular updates to senior management
  • Maintain and enhance open communications between all departments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancements, cost reductions, and overall effciency
  • Foster a culture if trust, feedback and inivation, encouraging team ownership anfd involvement in improving operational excellence.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
