Summary

Zink Holdings LLC is growing! We are currently accepting resumes for an Operations Manager, located at our corporate offices in Billerica, MA. We are looking for a strategic, roll up your sleeves, adept project manager who will report directly to our VP of Operations. This is a visible role with the opportunity to work on a plethora of projects related to supply chain improvements, production logistics, new equipment and product improvements. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth implementations and delivery of quality results in a timely and cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee various projects of the company associated with improvements in production, equipment, supply chain, or product design. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency. Find new methods or modernize existing processes to optimize project returns. Project Management: Manage the projects to ensure timely and cost-effective results. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality and timely deliveries. Track progress, prepare management updates and report results on a periodic basis. Team Participation: Collaborate with staff across various departments. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team objectives are met. Continuous Improvement Identify processes or equipment improvements that could enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or high performing individual contributor role within a manufacturing company. Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, production processes, manufacturing equipment and product design. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable solutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using program management software and tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Work Environment: This position may require occasional travel. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
