Job Title: Home Remodeling Operations Manager Location: New Haven, Fairfield, and Middlesex Counties Job Type: Full-time We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Remodeling Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our home remodeling projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all home remodeling projects from inception to completion - Manage and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors - Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Develop and manage project scopes of work and timelines - Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to meet project requirements - Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise - Utilize project management software to communicate and document project details - Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the remodeling process Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management or equivalent - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods - Proven leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in project management software (such as Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman) and Microsoft Office Suite - OSHA certification (preferred) If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this challenging role in home remodeling operations management, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
