What you’ll do

• Own and optimize the full operations stack: procurement, production, fulfillment, and delivery
• Design and implement scalable workflows across teams and systems
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, and partners
• Support enterprise onboarding and fulfillment for clients
• Improve quality, speed, and efficiency through lean operations and continuous iteration
• Build systems that grow with us—from 100 units to 100,000+

What you bring

• +5 years in operations, ideally in wearables, hardware, or healthtech
• Experience managing supply chain, manufacturing partners, and logistics
• Startup spirit: proactive, hands-on, resourceful, flexible
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication in a cross-functional and international context
• Bonus: experience with B2B fulfillment, GDPR, medical devices, or smart rings
