Manage all Cleaning Operations of a high traffic Retail Mall
Participate in the training of all new hires, conduct interviews for new employees.
Do all scheduling. Inspect the property on average 6 times a day, Make sure all staff is performing the duties assgined.
When necessary fill in for employees who call in. Spend as much time as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up with current developments in cleaning technology and procedures and advise your Team of new techniques, supplies and equipment.
Conduct walk-throughs and follow-up with customer. Spend an appropriate amount of time with your Team reviewing procedures and the efficiency or quality of their work.
Customer Relations
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Spend as much time as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond quickly to customers reporting problems. Have a thorough plan to handle safety concerns.

Compensation: Base salary of $68,000
The Right Candidate Will Possess
MUST be Bi-lingual
Superior customer service aptitude, including excellent people skills and sensitivity

Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry. Must have 3-5 years in the industry
The ability to lead, direct and motivate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence and ability to provide on-site training
Valid driver’s license
