s Assist Department Head on achieving the KPIs and meet business changes agreed with top management Assist Department Head to manage all operations related matters within internal and external parties Provide supervision to a team to ensure a smooth operation within the department and deliver high quality of customer services to both internal and external parties Manage and support Financial advisers including new application, policy servicing, payment related questions and other enquiries Respond to financial advisers’ enquiries and provide professional and accurate response in accordance with agreed service standard Respond in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes Responsible for customer inquiry including compliant management. Handle ad-hoc projects and being the liaison to cooperate with different internal departments as well as external parties for business support purposes. Job Requirements Degree holder in finance or Business Administration or other related disciplines Minimum 5 years working experience which at least 3 years at managerial level supervising Relevant IFA working experience is a definite plus Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and with people at all levels Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
