1AM Talent Group is a fast-growing influencer management company representing top digital talent and helping them build, monetize, and scale their brands and careers. We specialize in talent partnerships, brand deals, content strategy, and long-term brand development. With exciting expansions into agency services and a new original podcast network, we are now preparing to open our first physical office in the Dallas–Fort Worth area—and we’re hiring a driven, organized, and strategic Manager of Operations to help lead the way.
Position Overview:
The Manager of Operations will be a leader within 1AM Talent Group, overseeing internal operations, managing the full team, and working directly with the CEO to scale the company. This role is based in DFW and will begin as a remote position, transitioning to in-person as we open our first office. The right candidate will be an experienced operations leader with a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent project management skills, and a passion for building teams, systems, and relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Culture Oversight:
- Manage and lead the internal team: talent managers, coordinators, assistants, interns, and contractors.
- Ensure task completion, accountability, and clear communication across departments.
- Monitor performance and implement coaching or system improvements where needed.
- Foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing culture—remotely and in-person.
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, workflows, and systems development.
- Create and maintain SOPs for all major functions.
- Lead major internal initiatives across departments, ensuring timely execution and strong outcomes.
- Track deadlines, campaign performance, and team deliverables with precision.
Business Growth & Expansion:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and opening our first office in DFW.
- Help build out our sister agency services and podcast network, ensuring structure and efficiency as we grow.
- Identify operational gaps and revenue opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Support quarterly business reporting and cross-departmental metrics analysis.
Brand & Influencer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both influencers and brand partners.
- Support the talent and partnerships teams with communications, planning, and retention strategies.
- Work alongside the CEO to ensure talent satisfaction and a low turnover rate.
- Contribute to developing a best-in-class client and partner experience.
Finance & HR
- Handle internal bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports with key revenue, cost, and growth insights.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and people processes that foster growth and stability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in operations, project management, or business leadership (experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment/media required).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator economy trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Strong experience managing remote teams and overseeing multi-layered projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in office setup or scaling startup operations is a major plus.
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Asana.
- Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area or willing to relocate.
