As a vital member of our team, you'll not only delve into IT systems but also spearhead innovative projects spanning supply chain optimization, retail equipment enhancements, customer service streamlining, international certification initiatives, and more. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to various projects to improve operational efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Supervise property maintenance and repair
  • Oversee the entire supply chain software development project lifecycle, from analyzing business needs to defining system requirements, creating project plans, managing costs and quality, preparing documentation, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring performance
  • Efficiently manage vendors and subcontractors
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, troubleshoot system and network issues, and resolve hardware or software problems
  • Undertake additional tasks/ projects as INSTRUCTED by the Senior Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Studies
  • Can-do attitude with genuine passion and drive to succeed
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem solving abilities
  • Team player with excellent communication, stress and time management skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised
  • Familiarity with retail and supply chain trends and technologies
  • Previous project/ operations management experience is advantageous
