Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping/receiving departments. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Strong Customer Service Skills Obtaining shipment updates from contractors High-volume phone and email outreach Negotiating rates with contractors and customers Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Managers, or Customer Sales Problem-solving Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be a self-starter COMPENSATION: This is a paid internship. Compensation will be based on qualifications and conversation.
