This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in day-to-day operations, logistics, supply chain, and project coordination. You'll support our operations team in driving efficiency, analyzing processes, and ensuring high service standards across our distribution network. * Job Title: Operations Intern * Department: Operations * Location: Irving, TX (on-site) * Reports to: Operations Manager * Duration: 3 months - effective June 1, 2025 * Employment Type: Paid Internship - $20 per hour Essential Job Responsibilities * Assist with daily operational tasks including order tracking, inventory checks, and logistics coordination * Support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain processes * Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and safety * Help prepare reports, documentation, and SOPs for internal use * Participate in planning meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives * Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field or a recent graduate * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus * Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Travel and Hours * None Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * None EEO Statement Pinnacle Propane, LLC is dedicated to employing and maintaining a diverse team.
